My dad says the pass TOEFL is the basic of study abroad.And i have research the study abroad.But,i have discover,have a lot of association have holding the study abroad test.But,i want to know:which is the best for study abroad test?

each country have their own language thesting requirement .. like IELTS for UK Austrailia and US too, DELF for france.. depends on where you are going.. email the colloge that you want to go to and ask for the requirements.. they will provide the best solution.
Reply:If you plan on applying to a Canadian or American university, then I believe the TOEFL is the standard. Some colleges in North America have an English study program that will help you prepare for this test, and also for university admission. For example, Columbia College in Vancouver has a popular program.
