I am working on the Action plan: how to motivate Danish students to go to study abroad. Do you have any suggestion?
Do you have any idea how to convince Scandinavian students to go to study abroad(marketing of education)?
Don't try to sell study abroad as an alternative to studying in Denmark. Try to sell it as an extension supplementing and complementing the studies in Denmark.
Look into partnerships of Danish universities with universities of other countries and use the partnership programs to make the point that these programs extend and enhance the academic possibilities available in Denmark.
* Point out programs that allow for degrees in multiple countries - the consequence of this is easy access to the employment market of these countries.
* Point out international programs that are leading in research.
If you are lucky you might even find some area where studies at universities are not available in Denmark but at the partner universities.
Reply:That going to be very hard; because Denmark has some great Universities. Scandinavians have one of the best education systems in Europe.
