Where would you go if you were given a chance to study abroad? Singapore or Costa Rica?

It would very much depend upon what your educational goals were. If you wish to study Engineering or the Sciences, then by all means, Singapore is the obvious choice.





If you wanted to study the Natural Sciences, then perhaps Costa Rica is the better choice.





Singapore will be much more expensive. english is spoken widely. Costa Rica less expensive and Spanish a requirement.





If you want to stay and work upon graduation, Singapore will give you more options.

First, the cost of living is much lower than any other place in the world, 2nd it's eco-friendly - Costa Ricans have been taking care of the environment for many years and it's the reason why is the #1 spot for retirement.
