Which countries are best to study abroad?

I am a sophomore in college currently majoring in business management and marketing. I would like to go to somewhere that isn't too expensive and is safe. I would need the classes to be in English because my Spanish isn't so good. Right now I am considering Japan, Mexico, Spain, Germany, France, China, Hong Kong, and United Kingdom. Any thoughts or suggestions would greatly be appreciated!

Which countries are best to study abroad?
Best, or least expensive?

If best: USA and UK, I know about them. Other countries may be good as well.

If least expensive: Kosova/o, my home country. There are foreign universities in Kosova as well, not only the local ones.
Reply:The great educational infrastructure in Asia, cheap cost wise and highly reputed in technology, Engineering, Medicine wise, the availability of instruction in the English medium., more and more Chinese universities have made courses available to students in the English medium. Most of the medical Universities in China are recognized in the World Health Organization (WHO)'s "Directory of World Medical Schools". This listing make a student graduating from such University eligible to appear for many of the screening tests like the USMLE, PLAB and also the newly introduced "Screening examination" conducted by the National Board Of Examinations, India, under the directive of the Medical Council of India. this has lead to an ever increasing number of students making their way to China to study like the M.B.B.S and the M.D/M.S/M.D.S course. Every year there are more than 78000 international students come to china study.China is fast becoming the most favored destination in Asia. visit: http://www.bestcollegechina.com
Reply:The UK is the best.

good luck!!!
Reply:India is great. Many Universities use English. Not too expensive and very interesting. Indian English is very neutral, you get a developing nation's perspective, and you will meet people from many different cultures.
Reply:australia is good.

Shouldn't you meet with someone in your college to decide which is best to go to?
Reply:You should also consider Singapore and Australia.

A university education in Singapore is really cheap compared to other countries and the courses are considered top-notch in the region. Also, many of the courses there are rigorous and intellectually-challenging. Australia has great universities %26amp; the cities there are really beautiful.
Reply:Hi there,

You could check out GoAbroad.com's Study Abroad Directory: http://www.StudyAbroadDirectory.com/. It's a pretty comprehensive site as the GoAbroad staff took the time to verify most of the program providers(look for the light green check, check+ and check++ logo).

Discerning what's popular can also be checked via the testimonials of the program providers' listing(look for the "speaking" light blue logo).

Reply:Hi you can choose Australia
Reply:What a wonderful chance!!! But i think you should choose the USA, coz after that you can stay and work there. Certainly just in few years then you can have a lot of experiences. And maybe there are more better oportunities in this country. While working here you can promote or research if you want. when i was you, i choose the USA as the first and the only choice.

Even you choose the USA or not, i hope that you ll do everything, that you think right. Thanks for reading. My name is Luan, from Vietnam, 23, nice to meet you
Reply:Germany is good. Many universities have Masters degrees taught in English. Country is 100% safe. Fees are lowest in the world. Many Spanish-speakers study here. Economy is rebooming. Job siutation is improving. Students may work 20h/wk. Graduates may immigrate permanently. For assessment of your qualifications send to university@eurasia-institute.eu
