After finishing ur hs exam, u should apply for any foreign university by seeing their advertisements in newspapers.u should be clear with their details by contacting them using their address given in newspapers.You may ask them itself about their scholarship tests.It is not necessary to give jee for pursuing this subject.Generally, u should get high marks in english, physics, chemistry, maths,biology for getting scholarships in foreign university.all the best.
