i want to study abroad on a scholarship basis but i dont know how to go about it.And i dont know if the schools abroad truly offer scholarships

It depends on what you study and where you want to go.
Reply:Rotary clubs in certain areas help sponsor students. Go tho the official Rotary Club in your area (search online for it) and ask them about the program. They should know what to do =)
