Know of any study/work abroad programs that would allow me to become more proficient in Spanish?

I am a Latino and can already speak Spanish. But I need a lot more refinement to smooth out the edges of my somewhat rough Spanish language skills.

Know of any study/work abroad programs that would allow me to become more proficient in Spanish?
There are various schools out there - try Cactus or Apple Languages. Try to go to Madrid where they speak "proper" Spanish rather than a dialect such as Catalan in Barcelona.
