Can I study abroad for 1 quarter and have it payed for?

I want to Study in Argentina for 1 quarter and wanted to know if there is a program or something where it could be payed for for me. I live in the U.S

At the risk of sounding callous -- how about getting a job and paying for it yourself? Nothing that is free is truly valued! You will appreciate it more if you earn it yourself.
