I want to study abroad in japan after High school.
but I can't find a program that offer for you to do a normal high school year abroad after graduation.
Anyone know what program I can use to Study abroad after high school?????
That's a tough one. I know YFU has "13th Year" or "Global Graduate" programs available. For sure to Germany. Not sure what other countries are available. It really depends on the schools in THAT country. Many German students must attend 13 years of school, so it's easy.
Check on www.csiet.org for all the certified programs in the U.S. then you can see which ones offer a 13th year. You should also check with your counselor at school.
In the meantime, check out http://www.exchangestudentworld.com/
Its a new site written for exchange students by exchange students and has lots of good info
Reply:well try to investigate in Japan's embassy in your country where you are living in.i saw in its website that they are offering exchange program for high school students.
Reply:Try differnt colleges but there is also one called Sumester at sea... you travle all over the place.
I know my bosses son is studding in Japan right now, he left just a few weeks ago for a year of school... I will have to find out what it is called.
Reply:identify the college, contact them then have a chat with someone responsible like the chairperson of the department you would like to join. Or chat with someone in the registry......all the best.
